Job Responsibilities:

Lead technical projects from concept through implementation with a focus on software solutions.
Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications that meet stakeholders' requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Manage and mentor a team of technical professionals, fostering a collaborative environment for innovation.
Respond to technical queries and provide solutions, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Perform reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards in software development.
Evaluate new technologies and assess their potential benefits to enhance the team’s technical capabilities.
Ensure system stability and performance, conducting regular maintenance and updates as necessary.
Assist in the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.

Essential Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Technical Manager or similar role in software development.
Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or Ruby, and experience with various frameworks.
In-depth understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
Experience with cloud-based technologies and platforms.

Desired Experience:

5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a management role.
Demonstrated success in delivering software solutions on time and within budget.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a commitment to excellence.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage with technical and non- stakeholders.
Experience working in a remote team environment, promoting remote collaboration and communication.
