Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Guide the team and organization on Agile/Scrum practices and values.
Assist product owners with grooming and maintaining product backlogs.
Shield the team from external interruptions and remove blockers to ensure smooth delivery.
Track and manage sprint metrics (velocity, burndown, etc.) and ensure continuous improvement.
Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external vendors as needed.

2 to 8 years of experience working as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification (e.g., PSM I).
Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile principles , and the software development lifecycle.
Experience in coaching Agile teams and resolving team conflicts.
Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps .
