As the Headmistress, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the school, ensuring a safe and conducive learning environment for students, managing the teaching staff, and leading the overall development of the school.

Qualifications And Skills

Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a reputed educational institution.
Strong leadership and team handling skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to effectively manage and resolve conflicts.
Proficient in handling MIS reports and data analysis.
Sound knowledge of curriculum development and implementation.
Experience in parent-teacher communication and addressing parent concerns.
Knowledge of admissions procedures and documentation requirements.
Experience in event planning and execution.
Understanding of marketing strategies for educational institutions.

Roles And Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the school, including managing teaching staff, student discipline, and school events.
Ensure a safe and conducive learning environment for students.
Supervise and monitor the implementation of the school curriculum.
Manage parent-teacher communication and address any concerns or issues.
Handle student admissions and maintain admission records.
Prepare and analyze MIS reports to assess school performance and identify areas for improvement.
Plan and execute school events, including annual functions, sports events, and cultural activities.
Contribute to the marketing and branding initiatives of the school.
Lead and participate in school development projects and initiatives.
