We are now expanding our in-office operations and are looking for a skilled Senior HR Executive to strengthen our people processes and support our growing team.

As an HR Executive, you will manage IT and Non-IT recruitment, support day-to-day HR operations, and help foster a positive, employee-focused work culture. This role requires someone who is proactive, well-organised, and capable of handling multiple HR responsibilities in a fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment (IT & Non-IT)

Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
Screen, interview, and manage candidate pipelines across multiple hiring channels.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and streamline processes.
Manage job postings, referral programs, and recruitment dashboards.

2. HR Operations

Manage onboarding, documentation, and employee lifecycle activities.
Maintain accurate employee records and HRMS data.
Handle confirmation, performance review cycles, and exit formalities.
Support implementation of HR policies and daily operational tasks.

3. Payroll & Compliance

Prepare monthly payroll input sheets—attendance, leaves, incentives, and deductions.
Coordinate with the finance team for accurate salary processing.
Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, gratuity, etc.).
Maintain payroll reports and resolve employee queries.

4. Employee Engagement & Relations

Plan engagement activities, celebrations, and internal events.
Conduct onboarding orientations and ensure a smooth new-joiner experience.
Address employee concerns with confidentiality and empathy.
Assist in fostering a positive, healthy, and productive work environment.

Requirements

Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in human resources with strong exposure to recruitment & operations.-
Prior experience handling payroll inputs and statutory compliance is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS tools, and recruitment platforms.
