Key responsibilities:

1. Recruit and activate advisors as per plan with monthly activation targets
2. Ensure active advisor productivity is maintained according to set goals
3. Establish interpersonal business relationships to facilitate work activities
4. Conduct regular meetings with reporting agents to evaluate their performance and provide guidance
5. Ensure advisors progress in their careers from TA to SA and AO as per the agency structure
6. Generate revenue and acquire new customers through face-to-face or digital channels
7. Review performance with reporting manager on a weekly basis
8. Attend all meetings and training programs conducted by the management
9. Ensure a minimum of two joint calls are made daily
10. Comply with all company policies and procedures
