Job Description:

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the executive team and contribute to the smooth operations of our manufacturing company. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of relevant experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. This role requires exceptional communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Conduct research and gather data to assist in decision-making processes.
Coordinate and manage special projects as assigned.
Act as a liaison between the executive team, employees, and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and timely follow-up.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle it with utmost professionalism.
Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
Perform general office management duties, such as ordering supplies and maintaining records.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role within a manufacturing company.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in using productivity tools and software, such as MS Office Suite.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and provide appropriate support.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
