Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and maintain digital databases, customer records, and inventory systems with accuracy
2. Perform administrative tasks including filing, document scanning, mail sorting, and office supply management
3. Prepare invoices, record receipts, process bills, and support basic bookkeeping activities
4. Generate MIS reports and operational summaries using spreadsheets for management review
5. Coordinate communication between management, sales teams, and front-office staff
6. Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and organize executive appointments
7. Conduct market research by collecting, compiling, and analyzing relevant data
8. Ensure strict compliance with company protocols while handling confidential data

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 15 days

Salary during probation: ₹20,000 - 22,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,50,000 - 6,10,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 1,00,000 - 3,60,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 2,50,000 /year
