YOUR FUTURE TASKS

On-schedule handling of import/export shipments, permit declaration and transport documentation worldwide
Complete handling of B/L preparation and Docs issuing
Corresponding with customers and vendors worldwide
Handling of complete export documentation process
Prepare Profit & Loss of job files for month-end-closing
Maintaining good customer relationships incl problem solving
Managing and implementing department goals and quality guidelines
Attend to emails correspondence with customers and overseas agents
Prepare billing invoice to customers and verify invoices from vendor
Other ad-hoc assignments as assigned by reporting supervisor

YOUR EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

3-5 years experience in Supply Chain Management/ Container Shipping Industry
Familiar in Logistics/ Freight Forwarding
Knowledge of AMS / IFS filing, Export declarations, LC negotiation
Experience in Cross-Border Logistics is of added advantage
Good knowledge in MS Office suite
Strong command in English and Mandarin
Team player with proactive work attitude
