About the Role
We are hiring energetic and persuasive professionals for First Party Collections with a renowned US bank and Third Party Collections for leading gym and fitness chains in the US. The role involves interacting with international customers, negotiating repayments, and ensuring efficient debt recovery while maintaining professionalism and compliance.

Key responsibilities:

1. Contact US-based customers via phone, email, or chat to recover outstanding dues.
2. Negotiate repayment plans, settlements, or extensions as per client policies.
3. Handle both early-stage and late-stage collections based on process requirements.
4. Maintain accurate records of all communication and payment commitments.
5. Ensure compliance with all US collection regulations and company policies.
6. Achieve assigned recovery and performance targets while ensuring quality standards.

Compensation & Benefits:

A. First Party Collections:
Salary: 22,000 - 38,000/month (based on experience)
Unlimited incentives + Training incentives up to 10,000
Rotational week-offs (2 per week)
Transport: Centralized pick-up and drop facility (drop provided)
Batch Start Date: 30th October

B. Third Party Collections:
Salary: Up to 40,000/month (based on experience)
Working Days: 5 days/week (1 Saturday working per month)
Fixed Week-offs: Saturday & Sunday
Batch Start Date: 3rd November
The requirement includes 5 Spanish-speaking agents

Other requirements

1. SSC + Minimum 2 years of US International BPO experience

2. OR HSC/Graduate + Minimum 1 year of US International BPO experience

3. Experience: Candidates must have a background in US Sales, Retentions, or Collections.

4. Age Limit: Up to 43 years

5. Communication Skills: Excellent spoken English with a customer-centric approach.
