Senior Manager- UiPath Tech PM Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Senior Manager- UiPath Tech PM to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Install and setup platform in different environments;
 - Manage project constraints/dependencies, proactively highlight potential impact;
 - Responsible for overall health of the project including schedule, cost and quality. Proactively highlight risks to management;
 - Coordinate and participate in architecture, design and code reviews for major modules and deliveries;
 - Ensuring reusability and adoption of the best architectural, design and coding practices;
 - Build and handle project as per project management plan ensuring project objectives and project charter are met;
 - Supply in troubleshooting efforts;
 - Delivery management ranging from creation of SOW to sign-off on the final delivery;
 - Manage project AOI as per defined organization standards;
 - Work allocation and tracking to prevent schedule deviations, quality baseline deviations;
 - Team formation and management including resume profiling, training and mentoring resources;
 - Build project schedule, define project landmarks and acceptance criteria for each achievement;
 - Ensure project is delivered as per baselined quality standards;
 - Participation in RFPs, demos and presentations, conduct interviews, participate/conduct trainings;
 - Bridge between the customer (internal and external) and the development team through which requirements flow.
 
Requirements:
- PMP, Scrum Master certification is desirable;
 - Managing project constraints and dependencies;
 - Computer Science;
 - Ability to manage project AOI;
 - Adept in building project management plans including project schedule, costing, resourcing and risk management as per project objectives and scope;
 - BE/ B tech. / MCA / MSc. / BSc;
 - Hands on experience in Microsoft Project;
 - Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
 - Experience in front ending client discussions and collaborating with senior management, business, IT and architecture teams;
 - Team management of a minimum team size of 20;
 - Experience in executing fixed bid projects;
 - Ability to manage Multi location team and projects;
 - Sound knowledge of project execution methodologies including Agile.
