Our company is looking for a project executive – business development to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor project announcements on a daily basis to generate leads in government or private institutions;
- Must be able to perform at all project management levels;
- No direct Supervisory responsibilities;
- Attends pre bid conferences, is primarily point of contact to outside contacts, communicates all relevant information to estimating staff;
- Tracks projects, with consistent contact to project team members, from concept through contract award;
- Works with estimating staff throughout Design Assist process to ensure Clients goals are achieved and pre development schedule is maintained;
- Initial cross market training;
- Close clients, awarding Smart Solar Solutionz project contracting opportunities;
- Continuing education to expand knowledge based working conditions;
- Identify profitable marketplace opportunities;
- Build and manage long term relationships and partnerships with key and target clients to generate leads (both Private and Public projects);
- Engage existing clients on future opportunities;
- Follows up on project leads identified by other staff members;
- Understanding of financing options available for the development and be able to communicate individual program requirements to clients and staff;
- Develop, prepare, coordinate and execute presentations and proposals, with estimating staff participation, to existing or new clients.
