Responsibilities:
- Auditing of expenses;
- GL reconciliations;
- Basic accounting;
- Helping in various GST compliances;
- Reporting to management and providing advice how the company and future business decisions might be impacted;
- Improving efficiencies and reducing costs across the business;
- Compile financial information and assist in internal auditing;
- High-level financial reporting and analysis;
- Cash flow management;
- Assist in accounts reconciliation;
- Debt management and collection;
- Collecting, interpreting and reviewing financial information;
- Developing strategies that work to minimize financial risk;
- Developing long-term business plans based on these reports;
- Working closely with management or executive teams to share reports and analysis findings.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of various taxes applicable in India;
- Basic understanding of accounting;
- Outstanding attention to detail; Exceptional problem solving & analytical skills;
- Have an absolute passion for ensuring a great customer experience;
- Self-starter;
- Proficiency in excel, knowledge of SQL would be a plus;
- Basic Knowledge of accounting and finance;
- Possess strong communication and leadership skills;
- Able to work in an ambiguous environment with tight deadlines;
- Possess exceptional skills in data analysis.
