Our company is looking for a Tech Lead – CCIB Channels to join our team.

Implementation of the Finished product to production with the Implementation Team;
Finalize estimates from the Development Team based on the requirements from product owners;
Integration of data storage solutions;
Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant apps;
Deliver reusable, testable, efficient code and documenting the component for reuse;
End to end ownership from Analyze, Build and Deploy (including knowledge management of the products/applications being delivered);
Lead delivery by example via best practices that benefit the organization to delivery effectively.

Understanding and experience in developing cloud native microservices using frameworks such as Spring boot, Spring cloud;
Must have the ability to influence, guide and mentor others;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Knowledgeable about best practices, industry standards, open-source, emerging trends;
Familiar and working experience with Ansible, Jenkins, Terraform;
Excellent team player with ability to communicate effectively with various business and technology stakeholders;
Working knowledge on code versioning tools, such as Git, Bitbucket;
Structured decision making and Superior problem-solving skills;
Ability to collaborate with teams across the bank to leverage previous experiences, utilities and shared capabilities;
Understanding of container platforms such as Docker and Kubernetes;
Good visualization and presentation skills to create visual models and experience using industry modelling tools;
Understanding and experience in working on Relation and non-Relation DBs (Progress, Oracle, Cassandra, MongoDB);
Hands-on coding experience in core Java (Preferably Java 8 or higher), Core Spring Frameworks and experience in using design patterns;
Experience in designing and developing reusable components, libraries, and APIs;
Working knowledge on Implementing automated testing platforms, unit tests, and CICD.
