Security Architect – Platform Engineering (.NET) Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Security Architect – Platform Engineering (.NET) to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Counsel and mentor teams on secure programming practices;
- Take ownership of all the security aspects of the core areas of the product;
- Identify and re mediate flaws, be hands-on with security issues;
- Understand business problems and review solutions from security perspective;
- Evangelize and enforce best practices to build security and performance from the ground up.
Requirements:
- Experience in designing components of enterprise products in on Microsoft stack;
- Deep understanding C#/ASP.NET/JavaScript/MVC with exposure to Application and web hosting vulnerability analysis;
- Expertise in development using TDD development methodology;
- Passionate about building products using Secure Coding practices;
- Hands-on on MS Azure and have demonstrated skills in building complex applications;
- Minimum 10+ years of experience;
- A great communicator of ideas, solutions and a lateral thinker when faced with complex issues;
- Developing a company-wide software security strategy;
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming;
- Good knowledge of attack vectors which can be used to exploit software.
