Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead generation & sales: Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell top-tier banking products like credit cards, loans, and insurance.2. Customer engagement: Handle inbound queries, ensuring customers receive accurate information and exceptional service.
3. Activation & retention: Focus on customer retention and activating new services.
4. Market insight: Collaborate with teams and share valuable market feedback.
