Role Description The Social Media Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mohali district. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and managing content across social media platforms to increase brand visibility, engagement, and conversions. Day-to-day tasks include developing and executing social media calendars, coordinating with internal teams for campaign assets, monitoring performance metrics, and optimizing posts using SMO best practices. The Social Media Manager will also respond to audience interactions, stay updated on platform trends and algorithms, and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations. Collaboration with marketing, design, and content teams is essential to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective campaign delivery.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO), with experience managing multiple platforms.
• Excellent Communication and Writing skills for clear, engaging, and brand-consistent messaging.
• Ability to develop and implement effective Content Strategy aligned with business and campaign objectives.
• Proficiency with social media analytics tools and basic understanding of digital marketing metrics.
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with paid social campaigns, audience targeting, and A/B testing is beneficial.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to evolving digital trends.
