Social Media Marketing Executive/Content Creator

We're looking for someone who lives and breathes content, keeps up with trends before they go viral, and knows how to turn brand values into scroll-stopping content. You’ll be the brand's voice across platforms, responsible for building a strong online presence that increases awareness and creates a genuine emotional connection with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation:
  

  • Develop fresh, original, and engaging content (videos, reels, posts, stories, carousels, etc.) aligned with our brand tone and aesthetic.
    

  • Create content around product education, skincare tips, behind-the-scenes, tutorials, user-generated content, and trends.
    

  • Plan and execute campaigns for new launches, seasonal themes, and promotions.
    

• Social Media Management:
  

  • Manage and grow our presence on Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and Pinterest.
    

  • Schedule and post content consistently while optimizing for best engagement times.
    

  • Monitor trends and leverage them creatively to maintain a fun, relevant and timely presence.
    

• Community Building:
  

  • Engage with our audience actively — respond to DMs and comments, and initiate conversations.
    

  • Identify and collaborate with micro and macro influencers/creators for content partnerships.
    

  • Monitor brand mentions and user-generated content to amplify across platforms.
    

• Analytics & Strategy:
  

  • Track key metrics (reach, engagement, growth, conversions) and analyze performance of content.
    

  • Use insights to refine strategies and boost content performance.
    

  • Bring data-backed ideas to the table and iterate fast.
    

Requirements

• Experience:
  

  1–3 years of hands-on experience managing social media and creating content, preferably in the beauty, skincare, wellness, or lifestyle space.
  

• Content Creation Skills:
  

  • Strong portfolio or social media links showcasing your ability to create engaging Reels, Instagram posts, and stories.
    

  • Proficiency in short-form video shooting and editing.
    

  • Ability to create aesthetically pleasing, on-brand content — both photos and videos.
    

• Trend Awareness:
  

  • Up-to-date with the latest social media trends, challenges, and content formats.
    

  • Ability to creatively adapt trends to suit the brand's tone and messaging.
    

• Strategic Mindset:
  

  • Understanding of social media KPIs like reach, engagement rate, follower growth, impressions, etc.
    

  • Ability to interpret data and adjust content strategy accordingly.
    

• Strong Communication Skills:
  

  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills, especially for captions and brand voice consistency.
    

  • Confident on camera for voiceovers, tutorials, or trend participation.
