Social Media Marketing Executive/Content Creator

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and insight-driven Social Media Executive to strengthen Re’equil’s digital presence across platforms. This role sits at the intersection of content, cultural relevance, and community building , and requires someone who can combine strong execution with good content judgment .

You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to bring campaigns to life—from idea to execution to performance tracking .

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management & Execution

● Manage and execute content calendars across Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms

● Plan, schedule, and publish content aligned with brand strategy and campaign timelines

● Monitor comments, DMs, and conversations to build an engaged community

● Own and grow Re'equil's WhatsApp Community through engagement initiatives, broadcasts, campaigns, and member retention.

● Collaborate closely with the Copywriter and Brand Strategist to execute the social media calendar and campaigns.

● Track and analyze platform performance through weekly/monthly reports and recommend optimizations based on insights.

● Drive engagement across owned digital assets and build an active online community.

● Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and visual identity across platforms

2. Content Creation & Creative Direction

● Contribute to social-first content ideation across Reels, Shorts, and static formats

● Assist in shoot planning, styling, and on-ground execution (props, talent, look & feel) Support creative direction for shoots , ensuring output aligns with brand language

● Work on scripts, hooks, and content structures to improve performance and engagement

● Evaluate content quality and suggest improvements based on hooks, pacing, and storytelling

● Create and feature in social-first content for the brand (Reels, Shorts, and platform-native formats), ensuring alignment with brand tonality and performance goals

3. Agency & External Partner Coordination

● Liaise with external agencies, production houses, and freelancers for campaign execution

● Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and feedback loops to ensure smooth execution

● Review outputs and ensure quality control across all external deliverables

4. Trend Research & Cultural Insights

● Track emerging trends across Instagram, YouTube, and the broader digital ecosystem

● Identify early content, format, and cultural trends relevant to skincare and beauty

● Share weekly insights and recommendations with the team to inform content strategy

● Monitor competitor activity and evolving digital trends

5. Campaign & Performance Tracking

● Track performance of content across platforms

● Analyze key metrics such as views, engagement, retention, and saves

● Identify what’s working vs not and share actionable insights to improve future output

● Maintain trackers for campaigns and deliverables

6. YouTube & Content Insights

● Research high-performing skincare and lifestyle content on YouTube

● Analyze formats, storytelling styles, hooks, and retention drivers

● Support improvements in Shorts and long-form content strategy

7. Campus & Community Engagement

● Identify and build relationships with college creators and campus communities

● Support sampling initiatives, micro-events, and on-ground activations

● Track engagement and effectiveness of community-led initiatives

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in Social Media or Digital Marketing

Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and digital content ecosystems

Good eye for content, aesthetics, and storytelling

Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment

Strong research, communication, and organizational skills

Basic understanding of content performance metrics (views, engagement, retention)

Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, YouTube Analytics, and Google Sheets

Strong understanding of the skincare category is essential; a science background is a plus.
