Procurement Executive Key Responsibilities and Duties Supplier Management: Research, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers to build partnerships. Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, contracts, terms, and payment schedules to achieve cost savings Procurement Planning: Collaborate with departments to forecast demand and manage inventory levels to avoid shortages. Order Execution: Issue purchase orders (PO), expedite deliveries, and verify incoming materials for quality and quantity. Documentation: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of purchases, pricing, and invoices. Compliance: Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company SOPs and regulatory requirements. Required Skills and Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. Experience: Proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or vendor management. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP systems/SAP. Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, analytical, communication, and decision-making skills. Typical Qualifications & Experience 1–6 years of experience in procurement with Real Estate company. Knowledge of the specific industry material/machining processes. This role is critical for reducing costs and maintaining the supply chain efficiency.
