Position Overview ElevateDigi is seeking an experienced

Lead Generation & Appointment Setting Executive

to drive outbound prospecting initiatives and generate qualified sales opportunities. This role requires a strategic thinker who can identify high-value prospects, build outreach campaigns, engage decision-makers, and consistently schedule qualified appointments for the sales team. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in B2B lead generation, outbound sales development, and appointment setting, preferably within a digital marketing, technology, or professional services environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute lead generation strategies to build a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects. Research target markets, industries, and decision-makers across multiple sectors. Generate high-quality B2B leads through LinkedIn, cold email campaigns, outbound calling, referrals, and other prospecting channels. Manage end-to-end outreach campaigns, including personalization, follow-ups, and engagement tracking. Qualify prospects based on business needs, budget, authority, and potential fit. Schedule and coordinate discovery calls, consultations, and sales meetings for the Business Development team. Build and maintain prospect databases using CRM and lead generation platforms. Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead quality and conversion rates. Monitor campaign performance, analyze outreach metrics, and continuously improve prospecting processes. Achieve and exceed monthly lead generation, appointment-setting, and pipeline contribution targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3–6 years of experience in Lead Generation, Sales Development, Appointment Setting, Business Development, or Inside Sales. Strong expertise in LinkedIn prospecting and B2B outreach. Hands-on experience with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, Hunter, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar platforms. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to engage and communicate effectively with founders, CXOs, marketing heads, and senior decision-makers. Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead qualification frameworks, and outbound sales methodologies. Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze outreach performance and optimize results. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Preferred Experience

Experience in a Digital Marketing Agency, IT Services, SaaS, or Consulting environment. Knowledge of SEO, Performance Marketing, Website Development, and Digital Marketing services. Experience handling international markets such as the US, UK, Australia, or the Middle East.
