Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain applications, automations, and workflows using Python and other programming languages.2. Design, test, and optimize prompts for LLMs such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, and similar AI tools.
3. Solve technical and business problems through analytical thinking and innovative solutions.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
5. Research, implement, troubleshoot, and enhance AI-driven tools, automation workflows, and software systems.
6. Communicate progress effectively and stay updated with emerging AI, automation, and software development trends.

Other requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, software engineering, artificial intelligence, or a related technical field.
2. Strong programming fundamentals with hands-on coding experience (Python preferred).

4. Familiarity with Git, databases, and modern software development workflows.
5. Proven problem-solving skills demonstrated through projects, internships, hackathons, or open-source contributions.
6. Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar platforms.
7. Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies in a fast-paced environment.
