About the job

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, your job is to run the company's Marketing Workflows on the PDGMS AI Platform and optimize the company's context on the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Build the market intelligence engine on the PDGMS AI Platform: Research the client's industry (specialty yarns/textiles), segment trends, and target companies using AI tools, and turn it into research packs and one-pagers that open doors with senior product and sourcing heads.
2. Run the demand generation workflow end to end on the PDGMS AI platform: Define the ideal customer profile from the company's sales and margin data, write and send structured outreach (email + one-pager), and manage every lead in the CRM through qualification.
3. Capture and report demand signals on PDGMS AI Platform: Look what target customers are planning (product, volume, timeline) from every conversation and compile the monthly demand intelligence report that feeds the client's production planning.

2. Strong written English with ability to create high-quality content across unfamiliar industries

3. Comfortable working with spreadsheets and analyzing raw data (sales/margin extracts)

4. Regular user of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) for research and writing

5. Strong curiosity for B2B or industrial domains with ability to learn technical businesses quickly

6. Consultative communication approach with strong listening skills (not telesales-focused)

7. 0–1 years of experience; final-year students with strong writing portfolios can apply

8. Ability to research, synthesize information, and present insights clearly

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 6 months

Salary during probation: ₹30,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 6,00,000 /year
