Warehouse ExecuƟve – North India Operations
Location: Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh
Department: Supply Chain & Logistics
ReporƟng To: Country Head, Managing Director & CRMs
Experience: 1–3 Years
Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and responsible Warehouse Execuive to independently manage our North India warehouse in Ghaziabad. As the sole employee at the facility, the incumbent will be responsible for inventory management, dispatch operations, labour coordination, documentation, compliance, and overall warehouse administraion for UPVC profiles and industrial products.

Key Responsibilies
 Manage daily warehouse operaƟons including receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials.
 Maintain accurate inventory records using Excel-based systems.
 Conduct regular stock verificaƟon and ensure inventory accuracy.
 Coordinate loading and unloading acƟviƟes by arranging labour on a contractual or daily basis.
 Plan and execute dispatches in coordinaƟon with transporters and Head Office.
 Maintain warehouse documentaƟon, stock records, delivery challans, and dispatch reports.
 Coordinate with Head Office for invoice-related documentation.
 Possess working knowledge of GST, e-Way Bills, and transportation compliance.
 Ensure proper housekeeping, security, and maintenance of the warehouse.
 Monitor adherence to safety standards and compliance requirements.
 Submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports to management.

Qualification- Graduatete in any discipline.
 1–3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory management.
 Good knowledge of MS Excel and inventory control processes.
 Basic understanding of GST documentation and e-Way Bills.
 Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
 Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
 Experience in industrial products, building materials, or related sectors will be preferred.

Additional Requirements
 Must be willing to independently manage a 6,000 sq. Ō. warehouse facility.
 Ability to coordinate labour and transport vendors as required.
 Preference will be given to candidates residing near the Ghaziabad warehouse
locaƟon and possessing a two-wheeler for local mobility.
