Job Title: Education CounselorJob Type: Full-Time | Work from Office
Job DescriptionWe are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Education Counselor to guide prospective students and help them make informed decisions about their educational and career goals.Key ResponsibilitiesCounsel students regarding courses, programs, and career opportunities.Handle inbound and outbound calls generated through leads.Understand students' requirements and recommend suitable courses.Follow up with prospective students via calls, WhatsApp, and email.Assist students throughout the admission process.Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in the CRM.Build strong relationships with students and ensure a positive experience.Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.RequirementsBachelor's degree in any discipline.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Experience in Education Counseling, Admission Counseling, Telecalling, Sales, or Customer Support is preferred.Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
