Outreach & Growth Internship
Role Overview:
We’re looking for a smart, proactive, and highly resourceful person who can work across different outreach and growth channels.
This is not a basic copy-paste outreach role. You should understand how LinkedIn, Reddit, email outreach, online communities, and AEO/GEO work, and be able to figure things out independently.
You’ll work on real client projects and help with research, outreach, content distribution, community engagement, and growth experiments.
What You’ll Do:
- Execute LinkedIn outreach, prospecting, and engagement
- Research prospects, companies, communities, and relevant conversations
- Find and engage with relevant discussions on Reddit and other communities
- Write natural, useful posts and comments without sounding promotional
- Support AEO/GEO and content distribution initiatives
- Research competitors, audiences, industries, and new outreach opportunities
- Work with email and other outbound channels when required
- Track results, identify what is working, and suggest improvements
- Experiment with new tools, platforms, and outreach strategies
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn and professional outreach
- Very good understanding of Reddit, including subreddits, rules, and community behavior
- Understanding of outreach and prospecting
- Basic to strong knowledge of AEO/GEO, SEO, or content distribution
- Strong research and written communication skills
- A good, active LinkedIn profile
- Ability to learn new tools and platforms quickly
- Strong problem-solving skills and common sense
- Ability to work independently without needing instructions for every task

Important:
- This is not a data-entry or copy-paste outreach role
- A good LinkedIn profile is required
- Strong Reddit knowledge is highly valued
- AEO/GEO knowledge is a strong plus
- Previous experience with LinkedIn outreach, Reddit, cold email, SEO, AEO/GEO, or community marketing is a plus
- Students, freshers, and candidates with strong personal projects are encouraged to apply
- Candidates should include their LinkedIn profile link in their resume
