About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Source candidates through job portals, professional networks, social media, referrals, campus outreach, and other recruitment channels.
2. Screen applications and shortlist candidates based on role requirements, communication skills, qualifications, and overall suitability.
3. Conduct initial HR screening calls and structured candidate interactions.
4. Coordinate interviews between candidates and the relevant hiring managers or interview panels.
5. Maintain accurate candidate information, recruitment status, follow-ups, and hiring records in the CRM/recruitment tracker.
6. Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring requirements.
7. Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide timely follow-ups.
8. Assist in preparing interview schedules, offer-related coordination, documentation, and joining formalities.
9. Support employee onboarding and ensure that selected candidates have a smooth joining experience.
10. Assist in employer branding activities, recruitment campaigns, job postings, and candidate engagement initiatives.
11. Coordinate with internal teams to understand manpower requirements and close open positions within agreed timelines.
12. Meet defined recruitment, sourcing, screening, and joining targets.

Other requirements

Graduate in any discipline.

Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates.

Organized, proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable handling multiple recruitment activities.

Comfortable working in a target-driven and performance-based environment.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 2 months

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 20,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,50,000 - 6,30,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 2,40,000 - 4,80,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 10,000 - 1,50,000 /year
