Oracle DRM Functional ConsultantPAYROLL: KudzuLOCATION: NCR - Hybrid (3 days office)EXPERIENCE: 5-7 YearsIMMEDIATE ONBOARDING:- Gather business requirements and configure Oracle DRM applications to manage enterprise metadata, hierarchies, versions, properties, and validation rules.- Design, maintain, and govern master data, metadata, and hierarchy structures across Oracle EPM applications such as HFM, Planning, Essbase, FCCS, EPBCS, and PBCS.- Develop and manage metadata import/export processes, workflow approvals, and data synchronization between DRM and Oracle EPM applications.- Perform metadata migration, validation, reconciliation, and deployment across Development, Test, and Production environments.- Collaborate with business users and cross-functional teams to ensure metadata consistency, governance, and compliance with business standards.- Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test scenarios, support SIT/UAT activities, and provide end-user training.- Provide production support by troubleshooting DRM issues, resolving metadata discrepancies, implementing enhancements, and driving continuous process improvements.Required Skills:- Oracle Data Relationship Management (DRM)- Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM)- Hyperion Planning, Essbase, HFM- FCCS / EPBCS / PBCS- Metadata Management & Data Governance- Hierarchy Management- Data Validation & Reconciliation- DRM Workflow & Property Configuration- SQL (Basic)- Oracle EPM Automate (Preferred)- Oracle Enterprise Data Management Cloud (EDMCS) Good to Have- Strong documentation and stakeholder management skillsPreferred Qualifications:- 5 to 7 years of Oracle DRM/EPM experience.- Experience in Oracle EPM implementation, migration, or production support.- Strong understanding of Finance and Enterprise Performance Management processes.- Experience working in Agile and global delivery environments.
