Position Overview: Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to add to our team of consultants under our Global HCM Practice. Responsibilities: Requirements collection via ADP Blueprint UAT, SIT and Parallel testing Data mapping and transformation Data conversion and validation Required Qualification(s): At least 5 years ADP GlobalView implementation experience At least 3 different India implementations Excellent documentation skills to support both project controls requirements and standard work Analytical expertise Strong data analysis skills (including advanced Excel skills) Good communication skills and sense of urgency Preferred Qualification(s): Located in India 2-5 years payroll ops experience in addition to above Duration: This is a project-based consulting opportunity with an initial duration through October 21, 2026, with the possibility of extending.
