MSW HR

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrating empathy and understanding while engaging with employees to address their concerns and needs.
• Assisting with various HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Supporting in the organization of events, meetings, and training sessions for employees.
• Collaborating with team members to contribute towards a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with individuals at all levels.
• Ability to demonstrate high ethical standards and maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive employee information.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges, with a proactive approach to exploring different areas within HR.
• Analytical and logical problem-solving skills to tackle complex HR issues and make informed decisions.
• Familiarity with MS SQL database and ability to write simple SQL queries is desirable.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong focus on organization and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in HR processes.
• Enhanced multitasking abilities to handle various responsibilities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in utilizing tools such as SQL and Visio for data analysis and visualization.
