We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of HR Operations Executive. Key Responsibilities

• Manage employee onboarding and exit processes efficiently
  
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation accurately
  
• Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management activities
  
• Handle statutory compliance requirements including PF, ESI, and PT
  
• Support recruitment coordination and interview scheduling
  
• Prepare offer letters, HR letters, and employee-related documents
  
• Update HRMS records and maintain employee databases
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations

Work Experience Requirements

Candidates should have 1–2 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Generalist functions. Experience handling payroll coordination, statutory compliance, onboarding, and employee documentation is preferred. Exposure to HRMS platforms and employee lifecycle processes is advantageous.

Education

• Minimum: Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field (typical)
  
• Preferred: MBA HR / PG Diploma in Human Resource Management (typical)
  
• Additional: HR Certifications (typical)
