About the job

A sales associate is responsible for interacting with customers, understanding their requirements, explaining products or services, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Contact and communicate with potential customers.
2. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
3. Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers.
4. Follow up with interested customers.
5. Handle customer questions and objections.
6. Maintain customer and sales records in CRM/Excel.
7. Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
8. Coordinate with the sales team to close deals.
9. Maintain good customer relationships.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 1 month

Salary during probation: ₹20,000 - 22,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 7,00,000 - 13,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 4,00,000 - 8,00,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 3,00,000 - 5,00,000 /year
