About the job

A business development associate is responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, building customer relationships, and converting prospects into customers. The role involves sales calls, follow-ups, product/course explanation, demo coordination, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Generate and qualify leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
2. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
3. Conduct sales calls and explain product/course benefits clearly.
4. Follow up with interested prospects and maintain regular communication.
5. Schedule and coordinate demos or meetings.
6. Handle customer questions and basic objections.
7. Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records.
8. Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
9. Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams.
10. Participate in daily team meetings and weekly performance review meetings.
11. Prepare daily sales and follow-up reports.
