About the Role

Your main responsibility will be to deliver the global training approach for the ERP applications in all our entities worldwide, via platform content, events and other activations, following up with data to ensure engagement and knowledge increases. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing training programs via digital Learning Management Systems (LMS) platforms, webinars and live events, to enhance the knowledge and skills of our colleagues.

Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive learning journeys for mainly S/4HANA and other IT solutions, in close collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Lead and inspire your training team and project teams, fostering a growth mindset and empowering colleagues to drive high-quality learning outcomes
• Partner with IT, HR, corporate stakeholders and local functions to plan and implement digital engagement strategies that efficiently deliver online training content
• Identify training needs and tailor programs to address specific business challenges or opportunities, developing engaging and effective training content aligned with business objectives
• Develop and manage a digitally led community engagement strategy to enable best-practice exchange and strengthen learner engagement
• Coordinate and support local Training Key Users to drive end-user empowerment, change readiness, and adoption of IT solutions
• Plan, coordinate, and execute live training events, workshops, and seminars (virtual and onsite) to provide hands-on, interactive learning experiences
• Leverage data and analytics to evaluate training effectiveness and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers to influence and secure incremental training opportunities

Qualifications :

• Proven experience (3-5 years) with didactics, adult training and instructional design, specifically in delivering training on IT solutions in a global industry environment
• Strong leadership skills with demonstrated experience in leading training initiatives, managing projects, and organizing complex training programs
• Strong experience with Authoring tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS), including the creation of training materials, implementation and management
• Hands-on experience with e-learning authoring tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS), including the design, creation, implementation, and ongoing management of digital training content
• Track record in planning and delivering instructor-led training (classroom and virtual), seminars, workshops, and live training events
• Inspirational, learner-focused attitude with excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to explain complex IT topics in an understandable way
• High intercultural awareness and proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional, global teams
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools to measure training effectiveness and derive actionable insights
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time for training delivery and stakeholder engagement
• Fluency in German and English (spoken and written)
