Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support
Welcome and assist workspace members, visitors, and guests.
Handle customer queries through calls, messages, email, or in person.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate assistance or information.
Coordinate with the concerned team to resolve customer issues or requests.
Follow up on pending requests and ensure timely closure.
Maintain a polite, professional, and customer-friendly approach at all times.
Collect customer feedback and escalate recurring concerns to the concerned team.
Workspace Administration
Support the day-to-day operations of the workspace.
Maintain records related to members, visitors, bookings, and other workspace activities.
Assist with meeting room, workspace, and facility-related coordination.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, security, and other service providers whenever required.
Monitor basic office and facility requirements and report issues promptly.
Assist with inventory and stationery management.
Support documentation, filing, data entry, and other administrative activities.
Ensure common areas and customer-facing areas are maintained properly in coordination with the respective teams.
Coordination & Operations
Coordinate with internal teams for customer and workspace-related requirements.
Assist in organizing meetings, events, and other workspace activities.
Maintain daily reports and operational records.
Escalate important or unresolved issues to the appropriate person.
Take up other administrative and operational responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
Any degree / diploma.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize day-to-day responsibilities.
Should be organized, punctual, and responsible.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work independently as well as coordinate with a team.
