As the first point of contact for our clients, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and efficient front desk operation.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner2. Answer and direct phone calls and take detailed messages
3. Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
4. Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
5. Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing
6. Utilize computer skills to update and maintain client records
7.
