About Us At Asset Bridge, we are redefining the trading experience with cutting-edge technology, ultra-competitive spreads, and access to 200+ CFD instruments across global markets Role Description We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to accelerate our South East Asian Expansion, build strategic partnerships, and drive client acquisition within the Forex ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Drive client acquisition and revenue growth across the South Asian market Identify and onboard Introducing Brokers (IBs), Affiliates, Sub-brokers, and Trading Educators Build strong relationships with HNI traders, trading communities, and local partners Work closely with marketing teams on campaigns, webinars, seminars, and regional activations Ensure consistent follow-ups and support to partners to maximize trading volume and retention Requirements 1–5+ years of experience in Forex, Stock Broking, or Financial Services Sales Strong network of IBs, Affiliates, or trading communities (preferable) Deep understanding of trading products (FX, Commodities, Indices, Crypto CFDs) Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills Target-driven mindset with a strong commercial acumen Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment What We Offer Opportunity to represent a globally regulated broker with strong credibility Attractive commission structures, revenue share & performance incentives Exposure to a fast-growing, high-potential market (South Asian retail trading boom) 👉 Ready to grow with us?
