Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable applications using Java.- Develop robust and efficient solutions using Core Java and Java 8+ features.- Work extensively with Collections, Streams, Multithreading, Exception Handling, and JVM fundamentals.- Develop and optimize data-processing applications using Apache Spark / Spark Java.- Design and develop REST APIs and web services.- Work with SQL and relational databases, including writing and optimizing complex queries.- Develop solutions for distributed systems and large-scale data processing.- Apply Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and appropriate design patterns to build maintainable and scalable applications.- Analyze and resolve technical issues through effective debugging, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.- Contribute to technical design, implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing application support.Required Skills & Experience : - 5 - 7 years of hands-on experience in Java development.- Strong expertise in Core Java.- Strong knowledge of Java 8+, including : Collections, Streams, Multithreading, Exception Handling, and JVM fundamentals.- Hands-on experience with Apache Spark / Spark Java.- Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.- Experience developing REST APIs / Web Services.- Strong understanding of : Object-Oriented Programming, Design Patterns, Data Structures, and Algorithms.- Experience working with distributed systems and large-scale data processing.- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.- Good understanding of Unix/Linux environments.
