Senior Software Engineer - Full Stack Development - InsurTech/EbaoTech Domain

Key Responsibilities:- Develop, enhance, and maintain full-stack applications for insurance technology platforms.- Work on InsureMO and/or EbaoTech platforms and their integrations.- Develop and integrate REST APIs and web services with internal and external systems.- Build scalable and maintainable backend services and frontend applications.- Integrate insurance products, workflows, services, and third-party applications.- Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.- Troubleshoot integration issues and resolve application defects.- Work closely with product, business, QA, and other technology teams.- Perform API testing, debugging, and performance optimization.- Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.- Support deployment, production troubleshooting, and ongoing application enhancements.- Contribute to building scalable technology solutions as the organization grows.Required Skills:- 2+ years of professional software development experience.- Hands-on experience in Full Stack Development.- Experience with InsureMO and/or EbaoTech is highly preferred.- Strong experience in API development and integrations.- Good understanding of REST APIs, web services, and third-party integrations.- Strong programming and problem-solving skills.- Experience working with databases and backend systems.- Good understanding of software development lifecycle and coding best practices.- Insurance domain experience will be an added advantage.Preferred Candidate Profile:- Candidates with experience in insurance technology / InsurTech platforms.- Candidates who have worked on InsureMO, EbaoTech, or similar insurance platforms.- Strong exposure to integrations and API-based development.- Good communication and collaboration skills.- Candidates comfortable working 5 days from office.
