Key Responsibilities: Process Innovation & Automation Leadership: Lead the discovery and analysis of key value streams, identifying and prioritizing short-term and mid-to-long-term improvement opportunities. Strategic Roadmap Development: Collaborate with regional, GBS, Global Operations Office, and Automation CoE leaders to develop strategic roadmaps for key workflows and value streams, building compelling business cases and securing stakeholder buy-in.
