event executive plans, coordinates, and executes corporate meetings, conferences, parties, and exhibitions from start to finish.Key ResponsibilitiesPlanning & Budgeting: Define event goals, create project timelines, and manage financial budgets.Vendor Management: Scout and book venues, and negotiate contracts with caterers, decorators, and entertainers.Logistics & Operations: Oversee on-site setup, manage registration, and solve last-minute problems during the live event.Staff Coordination: Direct support staff, assign daily duties, and ensure high levels of customer service.Post-Event Review: Evaluate event success, track spending, and gather feedback from clients.Required Skills & QualificationsExperience: 1 to 3 years of background in event operations, hospitality, or project management.Education: A bachelor's degree in marketing, hospitality, or communications is often preferred.Soft Skills: Strong communication, time management, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management tools and standard office software
