About the job
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in coordinating research and biospecimen projects from initiation through completion.2. Maintain project trackers, documentation, databases, and operational records.
3. Coordinate with hospitals, laboratories, vendors, logistics partners, and internal teams to support project execution.
4. Track project progress and provide regular status updates to senior team members.
5. Prepare basic reports, spreadsheets, trackers, and project-related updates.
6. Support documentation related to quality, compliance, and project requirements.
7. Monitor deliverables and follow up to ensure tasks are completed within agreed timelines.
8. Identify operational issues, delays, or gaps and escalate them appropriately.
9. Maintain accurate records and ensure project information is updated on a timely basis.
10. Support the team in improving internal processes, trackers, and operational workflows.
11. Perform other project coordination and administrative activities as assigned.
