We are looking for a passionate and creative Design Intern who is eager to learn, experiment, and contribute fresh ideas to our creative team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for aesthetics, a good sense of design fundamentals, and enthusiasm for photo editing and visual storytelling. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in real-world design projects across digital platforms.
Experience: 0-2 Year (Freshers welcome)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Work on day-to-day photo editing tasks including retouching, color correction, background removal, and enhancement for social media and marketing content.
- Assist in creative designing for posts, banners, posters, brochures, and promotional creatives across digital platforms.
- Align with the team daily to understand task priorities, design briefs, and project timelines.
- Support the creative team in developing visual concepts and design layouts for ongoing campaigns.
- Ensure all designs maintain consistency with brand guidelines, tone, and visual identity.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and content team to bring ideas to life visually.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and social media aesthetics.
- Manage multiple design tasks and deliver them within set deadlines while maintaining quality.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Figma, Illustrator.
- Basic understanding of design principles such as typography, color theory, composition, and layout.
- A strong eye for detail in photo editing, retouching, and visual finishing.
- Ability to take feedback positively and iterate on designs quickly.
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- A portfolio or sample works showcasing design and photo editing skills (preferred).
Bonus Skills:
- Familiarity with Adobe InDesign or Lightroom.
- Experience with AI-based design tools and workflows.
