About the job

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Writing Associate to create engaging, high-quality content across multiple digital platforms. The role involves writing for websites, blogs, social media, and marketing campaigns while ensuring consistency in brand voice and messaging. You will collaborate closely with marketing, design, and SEO teams to develop content that drives traffic, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Content Creation

1. Write clear, engaging, and original content for blogs, articles, website pages, and landing pages.
2. Create compelling content for social media platforms, including Instagram and LinkedIn.
3. Adapt writing style, tone, and messaging according to brand guidelines and target audiences.
4. Develop content that supports marketing campaigns and business objectives.

B. SEO & Optimization

1. Create SEO-friendly content using relevant keywords and optimization techniques.
2. Optimize content for search engines while maintaining readability and user engagement.
3. Work with SEO guidelines and tools to improve content performance and search rankings.
4. Monitor and incorporate SEO best practices into content creation processes.

C. Content Strategy Support

1. Assist in planning and maintaining monthly content calendars.
2. Research industry trends, competitors, and audience preferences.
3. Suggest innovative content ideas, formats, and topics to enhance audience engagement.
4. Support content planning initiatives aligned with marketing goals.

D. Editing & Proofreading

1. Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, grammar, and consistency.
2. Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, style guidelines, and quality standards.
3. Review content before publication to maintain high editorial standards.

E. Cross-Functional Collaboration

1. Collaborate with designers and marketers to execute content-driven campaigns.
2. Support performance marketing initiatives with ad copies, headlines, and promotional content.
3. Create social media captions and campaign messaging to improve engagement and reach.
4. Work closely with internal teams to deliver content that meets business and marketing objectives.

Requirements:

1. 0–2 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, digital marketing, or a related field.

2. Freshers with strong writing and communication skills are encouraged to apply.

3. Prior experience creating UGC (User-Generated Content) is mandatory.

4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

5. Strong command of English grammar, vocabulary, and writing style.

6. Ability to write engaging content across multiple formats, including blogs, advertisements, website content, and social media posts.

7. Basic understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and content optimization.

8. Familiarity with Google Docs, content management systems (CMS), or similar content creation tools is preferred.

9. Strong creativity, attention to detail, and proofreading skills.

10. Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

11. Willingness to learn, adapt, and continuously improve content creation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience in blog writing, content publishing, or maintaining a personal writing portfolio.

2. Basic knowledge of content management systems (CMS).

3. Exposure to digital marketing, branding, or social media marketing practices.
