About the job
Key responsibilities:
1. Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes.2. Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking channels.
3. Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
4. Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
5. Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines.
6. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
7. Maintain recruitment records, reports, and hiring metrics.

5. Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
6. Ability to manage multiple positions and deadlines simultaneously.
7. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Commerce, or a related discipline.
8. Freshers and experienced professionals are encouraged to apply.
9. Experience in agency or corporate recruitment is preferred.
10. Knowledge of talent mapping, employer branding initiatives, modern sourcing techniques, and recruitment platforms is preferred.
