Senior Developer - Windchill Platform

Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and customize PTC Windchill solutions based on business requirements.- Configure and enhance Windchill modules, workflows, lifecycles, and business rules.- Develop customizations using Java, JSP, and Windchill APIs.- Build and support integrations between Windchill and enterprise applications such as ERP and CAD systems.- Develop and optimize workflows, reports, and data migration solutions.- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during implementation, testing, deployment, and support.- Prepare technical documentation and follow development best practices.Required Skills :- 5-10 years of experience in PTC Windchill Development.- Strong expertise in Windchill Customization and Configuration.- Hands-on experience with Java, J2EE, JSP, JavaScript, and Windchill APIs.- Experience in Workflows, Lifecycles, Access Control, Business Rules, and Change Management.- Knowledge of PLM concepts, CAD integrations, and ERP integrations.- Experience with SQL, debugging, and performance optimization.- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.Preferred Skills :- Experience with PTC Creo integration.- Exposure to REST APIs, Web Services, and system integrations.- Experience with Windchill upgrades, migration, and production support.- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and version control tools.
