Role Overview:
A Content & E-Commerce Management Trainee supports the content and e-commerce operations of the company by managing product information, website content, online listings, and digital assets. The role involves coordinating with marketing, design, sales, and operations teams to ensure accurate and engaging product presentation across online platforms.
- Assist in managing and updating e-commerce product listings across websites and online marketplaces.
- Create, edit, and maintain product titles, descriptions, specifications, and other product information.
- Ensure product content is accurate, complete, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Upload and manage product images, banners, videos, and other digital assets.
- Assist in maintaining website and marketplace content regularly.
- Conduct basic competitor and market research to identify content and product presentation trends.
- Coordinate with the design team for product creatives, banners, and promotional materials.
- Support the creation of social media and promotional content related to products.
- Monitor product pages for errors, missing information, incorrect pricing, or outdated content.
- Assist with inventory and product data updates on e-commerce platforms.
- Support promotional campaigns, offers, and seasonal product updates.
- Help improve product content for better customer engagement and conversion.
- Assist in basic SEO optimization of product titles, descriptions, keywords, and website content.
- Track and maintain e-commerce content-related reports and spreadsheets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect updated product information and images.
- Monitor customer feedback and identify common content or product-information issues.
- Assist in analyzing basic e-commerce performance metrics such as product views, clicks, and conversions.
- Ensure all online content is consistent with the company's brand tone and visual identity.
- Learn and use relevant content management and e-commerce tools/platforms.
- Support the team in day-to-day content and e-commerce management activities.
