About QpiAI
At QpiAI, we are leading effort in discovering most optimal AI and Quantum systems in Life sciences, Healthcare, Transportation, Finance, Industrial, Space technologies. QpiAI is building a full-stack Enterprise Quantum Computers.
QpiAI Quantum hardware team is responsible for designing and characterization of Quantum Processor, Cryogenic Quantum Control Circuits, RF Control Hardware and QpiAI ASGP.
Position Overview:
Provide proactive, high-level support to the [Executives], acting as a trusted operational partner and communications hub.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendar, travel, and meet logistics.
- Screen and prioritize communications; draft executive correspondence.
- Conduct research and prepare executive-ready reports and presentations.
- Maintain confidentiality and act as an organizational gatekeeper.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree (recommended).
- 2 - 4 years experience supporting senior-level executives.
- Strong communication, organizational, and technical skills.
- Discretion, professionalism, and initiative.
- Familiarity with MS Office, Google Workspace, calendar systems, and project tools.
Additional requirement :
- Language : Kannada, English & Hindi.
- Location : 4, Bellary Rd, 12, K M, Yashoda Nagar, Jakkur, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560064
Preferred Extras:
- Event planning experience and Tracking
- Ability to lead or streamline internal processes.
