Marketing & Growth Executive

We are looking for a smart, curious, and ambitious Marketing & Growth person who genuinely enjoys working with computers, technology, marketing, and sales.
This is not just a "follow the instructions" job. We want someone who is naturally curious and constantly thinks:
"How can we get more leads?"
"How can we get more customers?"
"How can we increase sales?"

What You'll Work On

Manage B2B and B2C marketing activities.
Research businesses, customers, and potential markets.
Build targeted lead lists and identify the right prospects.
Work on cold email, outbound marketing, and lead generation.
Test different messages, campaigns, and marketing channels.
Follow up with prospects and improve response/conversion rates.
Use AI tools, CRM, spreadsheets, automation, and other marketing software.
Research new tools and creative ways to generate leads and sales.
Track results and figure out what is working and what needs improvement.
Who We're Looking For
We are looking for someone with hunger, curiosity, and a growth mindset.

You should:
Be very comfortable using computers and learning new software.
Have an interest in sales, marketing, and business growth.
Understand the basics of cold marketing/outbound marketing.
Enjoy researching and finding new customers.
Be proactive and able to work independently.
Be willing to experiment and try new ideas.
Have a "figure it out" attitude instead of waiting for instructions.
Be hungry to learn and take on more responsibility.
Experience in B2B marketing, B2C marketing, cold email, lead generation, sales, or digital marketing is a plus. Freshers can also apply if they have the right mindset and strong interest in marketing and technology.
