We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team and help us expand our client base, build strategic partnerships, and drive business growth.

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, understanding customer requirements, and converting opportunities into successful business engagements.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and digital channels.
• Research target markets, industries, and potential clients to identify growth opportunities.
• Generate and qualify leads and manage the complete sales/business development cycle.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Understand client requirements and work closely with technical/product teams to propose suitable solutions.
• Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and commercial discussions.
• Conduct product and solution demonstrations when required.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with clients.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular business forecasts.
• Develop strategic partnerships and explore new channels for revenue growth.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business development targets.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, IT, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, B2B Sales, or IT/Software Services.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales and lead-generation processes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand customer problems and translate them into business opportunities.
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Experience with CRM tools and sales pipeline management is a plus.
• Experience selling software, SaaS, ERP, IT services, or digital solutions will be highly preferred.
