The Advanced Manufacturing, Mobility & Infrastructure (AMI) Industry Market contains the following industries: Aerospace and Defence, Chemicals, Infrastructure, Industrial Products, Automotive, and Transportation that includes Mobility-as-a-Service. SaT - TCF - Financial Diligence :

Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

• Strong expertise in financial diligence, with the ability to analyze financial statements, working capital, debt, and cash flow trends. Solid understanding of transaction support processes, including quality of earnings, normalized EBITDA, and key diligence adjustments. Proficient in evaluating historical financial performance to identify risks, value drivers, and deal-relevant insights. Working knowledge of consulting frameworks and analytical tools to support accurate, data-driven diligence outputs. Chartered Accountant qualification with a strong technical foundation in accounting, financial reporting, and audit principles.
