URGENT HIRING – MARKETING MANAGER
Location: Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh
Hospital Type: 300-Bedded Multispeciality / Tertiary Care Hospital
Employment Type: Full-Time
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Hospital / healthcare marketing experience preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement hospital marketing strategies.
- Build relationships with doctors, clinics, corporate organizations and referral partners.
- Plan health camps, outreach programmes and promotional activities.
- Coordinate digital marketing, social media and local branding initiatives.
- Monitor patient footfall, referral trends and marketing performance.
- Manage marketing budgets, campaigns and vendor relationships.
- Lead the marketing team and monitor performance.
- Prepare regular marketing reports for hospital management.
